What is Coaching?
Coaching can help you in your personal and professional life. Coaching helps you set goals, find solutions, develop strategies and be held accountable. Coaching is a conversation during which I work alongside you, ask questions and listen a lot. I also use coaching tools and exercises to help you get clear and intentional about your goals. I have coached on a whole range of issues: improving health and wellbeing, relationships, financial situations, returning to a new life after kids, retiring, going for a promotion, becoming more productive at home or at work, to name a few. Some clients know exactly what they want to achieve, some know they want to make a change but need to explore exactly where in their life. The sessions are designed to help you to identify your goals and take steps towards getting there.
Where do I go for coaching? How many sessions do I need?
Coaching is a conversation in person or on the phone. Sessions last one hour and most clients benefit from about four sessions over 6-8 weeks. After that sessions can be booked as needed or in blocks of four. Some clients may find they return some time after the first block of sessions to work on a new area.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?

We will talk about why you would like to be coached, how you could benefit and how you prefer to meet (in person, video call, voice call). If we are both happy to proceed we will set up our first session.
