Coaching can help you in your personal and professional life. Coaching helps you set goals, find solutions, develop strategies and be held accountable to take action. Coaching is a conversation during which I work alongside you, ask questions and listen a lot. Some of the questions will be personal and tough. Some clients know exactly what they want to achieve, some know they need to make a change in their life but need to explore exactly what and where. Coaching sessions are designed to help you to identify the values you want to live by, your own personal definition of success, and therefore what you want from life. Then we set goals and take steps towards achieving them.
Where do I go for coaching? How many sessions do I need?
Coaching is a conversation in person or on the phone. Sessions last one hour and most clients benefit from about three sessions over 3-4 weeks. After that sessions can be booked as needed or in blocks of three Some clients may find they return some time after the first block of sessions to work on a new area.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
